Returns & Refunds Policy

At Wilderlion, each item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or ordering the wrong product.

Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Misprinted

  • Or you received the wrong item

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

support@wilderlion.com

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

We will review your request and, if approved, send a replacement at no additional cost.


Lost Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please:

  1. Check with household members and neighbors

  2. Contact your local carrier

If the issue remains unresolved, email us at support@wilderlion.com, and we will assist you.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders go into production quickly, cancellations or changes must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order.

We cannot guarantee changes once production has started.


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
